Actor and former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger — whose father was once a Nazi soldier — urged a crowd of over 600 students and community members to “terminate” hate and fight antisemitism at an event at Stockton University on Monday.

Before giving his speech and being presented with an honorary Doctor of Public Service degree by Stockton President Harvey Kesselman, Schwarzenegger started his visit at the campus’ Sara & Sam Schoffer Holocaust Resource Center.
