And yet this is what the Court is supposed to do. Cases that reach the Court are usually because of great concerns effecting people. And the court is tasked to rule on the cases according to law. Not because of emotional feelings, modern societal concepts, etc. but to the law
Fix the problem of expensive degrees, which are loan guarantees. Yes it would make it harder for some to get loans, but it would drop higher education cost dramatically. Just canceling the debt means that we will be exactly in the same spot in about 5 years.
I’d like to try telling my banker next time I see him not to use “cold legal language” with me and just give me more money since it’s such a personal topic. Lol some of these titles are such a joke. Student debt has got to be one of the least personal topics in politics right now
Students were fooled by joe, fooled by a lie that he would forgive student loans, most of us know the truth but they wouldn’t listen. Now they cry because they won’t get bailed out, we are all responsible for our own debt. Joe instead sends billions to a foreign corrupt country.
