BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. — Three Summit County School District employees and one former employee were indicted by a grand jury Friday for failure to report child abuse, the 5th Judicial District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday.

The four were indicted by the 5th Judicial District Grand Jury Friday, Feb. 23 and turned themselves in to law enforcement between Monday and Tuesday, according to the district attorney's office. Each was issued a personal recognizance bond of $500. “Allegations of child abuse and neglect are taken very seriously by this office and by law enforcement. Children are an invaluable and precious commodity to any community, and they should be protected by every mandatory reporter and every adult with the capacity to do so,” 5th Judicial District Attorney Heidi McCollum said in a statement.

Crosby ISD becomes first district in Harris County to vote on 4-day school weekThe district said it had 40 teacher vacancies at the start of the 2022-2023 school year compared to usually having only about 12. Maybe good teachers are leaving because they’re pushed out for not going along with DEI, CRT- can’t forget about those rotten kids who aren’t punished for disrupting the entire class and the parents don’t do anything but blame society for their equally rotten parenting. Disgusting. Parents should do something. Parents have a 5 day work week minimum. Are they supposed to hire a nanny now?
