The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) is hoping for a higher allocation in Budget 2023 to realise its objectives of improving the nation’s higher education sector.

Its Deputy Minister Datuk Mohammad Yusof Apdal expressed confidence in the leadership of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who has identified higher education as among his top priorities. “Surely, we hope the Ministry will be provided with better advantages to bolster its effectiveness in delivering its duties for the benefit of institutions of higher learning,” he told reporters after officiating the Khatan ceremony for children at Masjid Jamek Likas, Kampung Likas, Saturday.
