Social media is in a twitter over news that a Form Five student was attacked with a cement compactor in Glenmarie by a man suffering from hallucinations. Is this true? Find out below.

The security guard who was apprehended by bystanders following the attack at a mall in Glenmarie.

"The suspect, a 34-year-old security guard, confessed that he assaulted the victim because he was hallucinating at the time," said Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim in a statement on Sunday .According to ACP Mohd Iqbal, the student was a Filipino student from a nearby international school. He suffered injuries to his head after the security guard swung a cement compactor at him and was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.
