Mr Hug, 32, said despite having only started train driving last month, his training immediately "kicked in" when he saw the puppy. Stefan & his instructor were fab, they knew they had to rescue the dog from the tracks, Stefan even got bit in the process, I was the controller on duty so took them to the control room. Dog was very scared but seemed to be comfortable on a fleece blanket I had in my locker.
