TEACHER ENOCH BURKE has told the Court of Appeal that “the only thing the State is bound to honour by the constitution is religion”.
The Court of Appeal agreed today to hear Burke’s appeal against High Court injunctions banning him from attending Wilson’s Hospital School, despite concerns about whether he would continue to be in contempt of court. This morning, the three-panel court said it had concerns about hearing an appeal if Burke intended to continue to be in contempt, but decided to continue to hear the case.
“Our concern is, you’re saying to this court, I want to invoke your jurisdiction,” he said, adding that the court was worried he would “pick and choose what orders of the court you abide by”. “They have of course a right to come before this court and no-one would argue otherwise,” he said, but he raised concerns about someone invoking the authority of the court but then not complying with its jurisdiction.
If a state uses positive law to fabricate a difference between observed biological sex (including hermaphroditic anomalies) and Pythonesque social gender 'norms', I'd say right to believe in 'man and woman He created them' has Constitutional protection prior to such positive law.
Religion only 😂😂. Ah sweetie, the state honours lots of things including childrens rights and equality. It's not Afghanistan where you attempt to impose your views on everyone. Either way, it's none of YOUR business. It concerns the BOM, the young person and their parents
Jesus - I agreed with him at the start! PC gone mad! However he could be dealing with a vulnerable teenager - Teachers are meant to be caring and nurturing - Clearly he struggles with this. Extreme religious beliefs are not good.

He is right why should he be forced to believe something against his religious beliefs, if the heshe or shehe wants to identify as that, then grand but just as they believe It to be true he is also entitled to not believe in it.

He's no longer a 'Teacher' please refer to him as a 'professional pest' going forward and discontinue the besmirchment of the teaching profession.
