New School Foods has created a plant-based salmon that even delivers the same level of Omega-3 fatty acids.

Safe Haven prioritizes your needs with flexible and individuated substance abuse treatment, specifically opioid & alcohol addiction.ike most companies working on plant-based food alternatives, New School Foods won’t go into detail on how its faux salmon is manufactured.created a “proprietary muscle fiber and scaffolding platform for making whole-cut meat alternatives with the same colors, flavors, fats, texture and mouthfeel of traditional fish.

The other advantage to how this plant-based salmon is manufactured is that it uses equipment already in use in other industries. Quite often, a plant-based meat alternative is created in a laboratory setting full of exotic equipment that makes manufacturing very difficult, or very expensive, to scale up. That’s not the case here, as New School Foods, which is now also looking to build a pilot factory, believes it can scale up manufacturing and reliably churn out its plant-based salmon en masse.

That's Fimo. You can't fool me.

NewSchoolFoods YAY! can't wait to try this! salmon populations declining everywhere and i won't buy 'farmed' salmon any more because it is gross -full of parasites and they add colouring to make it look pink🤮. if you've ever seen a 'salmon farm' you wouldn't want to eat them either.

🤢

It is the real thing, just without killing involved

Take your fake food and shove it

💩

Even if it tastes good and looks good there is no way it is nutritionally the same. What will happen is people will start dying malnutrition even eating every day.

Try natural shellfish. Sustainably grown mussels, oysters, ... Nutritious, do not need fresh water, feed, fertilizer, etc. They clean up waters, can contribute to restoring biodiversity and can reduce CO2, nitrogen and phosphor emissions

Yet doesn't provide you with even half of the nutrients the human body needs to sustain longevity or immunity. When will the 'green-tards ' start to understand this.

At a certain point, just ... use the real thing.

chemicalshitstorm

Waste of precious fuel. High carbon-footprint

Salmon is an animal, thusly there’s no such thing as plant based salmon. Vegetables are great, they don’t need to identify as meat via some lab created process.

I bought the vegan eggs to try. Holy processed food.. how is heavily processed food vegan? I thought the point was to not eat processed foods. I guess corporations didn’t get the memo.

Seems fishy. That people wud waste so many resources making plants ( or whatever) look like animals rather than sit quietly under trees they’ve planted to counteract climate change & eat nuts and squirrels.

Only for frustrated people

The color is closer to tuna.😬

Disgusting.

I thought the goal was to stay away from processed foods? How much processing does it take to make a plant look like a fish?

There is no way 100% processed food turned into imitation fish tastes good.

Bullshit
