DeionRJohnson This is repeat offense and she had it. She deserves respect for coming in everyday, trying to teach kids the small % of students that actually want to learn. Good for her and shame on his parents, you are doing nothing for your child, just enabling him. Ridiculous.
DeionRJohnson Good for her. Clearly the classroom is disrespectful. They do not care about their education and this is definitely not the first and it will not be the last time they act like this because she is not just saying this because it was the FIRST the students acted like this.

DeionRJohnson This is unacceptable on so many levels. The teacher obviously lost control long before this was recorded. Clearly she is in distress and doesn’t belong teaching.
Didn't read the article, didn't hear the recording but I can tell you from experience that these kids probably drove the teacher to their wit's end. Doesn't excuse profanity but I'd put money on the kids being the problem.
Kids were probably being assholes. Don’t wanna be talked to like a child? Show some damn respect for your teachers.

I think it problem is that given all the issues very clearly present in the classroom (and school at large) the outrage here is the method of discipline. Speaks volumes.
I have been in Winslow HS several times during school hours. Calling it a zoo is an understatement. Zoos are much safer and more organized. It's closer to Baghdad in there.
DeionRJohnson Yeah, you know those kids show the teacher no respect. The kid Jai doesn't because he had his phone out during a test. BUT now here comes the parents, letting you know the dad is a pastor (he must raise upstanding kids). I'm glad the teacher stood up for herself.
Clearly more information is needed here - while no teacher should be losing it this way, clearly there are issues in her classroom
