N.J. school district forced teacher to quit over ‘crying spells’ in classroom, lawsuit saysThe kindergarten teacher was transferred to teach special education classes without an aide, leading to her emotional distress, she alleged in the suit. Sounds like teaching may not be for her… Crying about crying spells is pretty cringe. If you break down in front of kids it shows weakness and promotes bullying from the 90% and the other 10% are left to wonder what they did to make you cry. Find a work from home job if you can't stop the tears. As a former sped teacher in public schools if you don’t have an aide full /part time aid you get nothing none! Heck she might have been a good gen ed teacher but no principal likes a teacher going over there head!
