On Sunday, a maintenance team continued working on minor repairs, clearing debris and removing trees that were still down. They said they know that families have lost their homes, vehicles and other property. If a student cannot attend in-class instruction, it will not affect exam exemptions, perfect attendance, or other incentive-based programs.The district also announced that Feb. 1 was initially an early dismissal day.

Still, due to the loss of instruction time, it is now a full-length, regular instruction day, and students will be dismissed according to schedule.
