He attended the school in Multyfarnham this morning, despite being dismissed from his position at the school last Friday.
Last Friday, a statement issued through one of Mr Burke's brothers confirmed that he had been dismissed from the school. He had been suspended on full pay by the school as part of a disciplinary process, following a row over a request from a student to be addressed by a new name and for"they/them" pronouns to be used.
A teacher may seek such a review on a number of grounds, including claims that the procedures were not adhered to, that all the relevant facts were not ascertained or considered or that the teacher concerned was not afforded a reasonable opportunity to answer the allegation.The council had written to Mr Burke expressing concern about the impact of his ongoing attendance at the school.
They also highlighted the ongoing media presence at the school, saying that it is a huge disruption and they expressed concern about the reputation of the school.
He is getting far too much publisity

So you respect his religious rights but not the right of a child to identify how they feel they should. He has no greater right over that child’s . Amazing how the religious few still value the child less than the adult. This walking ego needs to disappear, his time is done.

I actually feel sorry for the poor staff and pupils at this stage.Pupils have big exams coming up and all this attention on this absolute fool is taking away from valued attention that should be given to pupils. Go and do something decent with your time,like get new job or a ride

Serious credit to the school for putting up these gates and trying to protect the school from unauthorised visitors. I have serious concerns for the safety of staff and students with his carry on. Worrying time for parents, students and staff. No need for his behaviour at all.
He has mental health issues, the non binary kid has issues too. Just one big mess.
I really love this man. The courage he has shown in such adversity he has stuck to his beliefs. He hasn't let others thrust, force or whatever word you would like to use their beliefs in him. Bring an end to this wokeness. There are only two sexes. END OF!!

At this point questions need to be asked about his mental health as he obviously has issues. Would anyone want him teaching their kids?
Even if he wasn’t guilty of misconduct before (which is debatable but at least a case could possibly be made), this sort of behaviour means he definitely is now. He’s acting like a child sent to his room and is trying to sneak out (or in this case, in).

I don't agree with what he is doing but He'd be better off out of that school, where they teach kids that they are born in the wrong body and to experiment with different made up Genders setting them on a life of radical medical procedures. What parent would send kids there?
