Less than ’50 per cent’ of children are at required attendance level for school

Child and Adolescent Psychologist Clare Rowe says “under 50 per cent” of children are attending school at the “required 90 per cent attendance level”.“We have clinics popping up in this country now who only specialise in school refusal.
