SEATTLE — In remembrance of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., an annual rally and march will be held at Seattle’s Garfield High School at 400 23rd Avenue on Monday.Those participating in the march are asked to meet in the school parking lot and wear a mask.
