Hi, white guy here. I am 37 and just bought my first house. It took 10 years of finally having a good career (Property Management Maintenance Supervisor), saving money up, and having to leave the state of WA to finally buy my house in. No hand outs, just dedication and hard work.

All forms of discrimination should be corrected, agreed 100%. But, how do you show data regarding household wealth by race and not even mention single parent status?
It's the people in power keeping them poor, by convincing them they are entitled to things they didn't earn, or work for... so then why would they even try? Especially when you convince them the system is rigged against them. Not everyone is going to be wealthy.

That GAP continues to exist because of systemic poverty. Why do we pay our poor to stay poor? Why do we make people dependent on gov’t for all their necessities? Why do we continue to shove people into project buildings?
Oh I see it finally!! We have to just give people more money, and not expect better of them!! Oh thank you for making me see the light! The only systemic racism I see is intentionally keeping generations of families poor, and dependant on the government for hand outs.
