Four members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Awareness for People with Disabilities Organisation in Kebbi State sponsored by Governor Abubakar Atiku

They include the chairman of the group, Anas Malami Gwandu who received Bachelor of Science in computer science from the Federal University, Birnin Kebbi; Abubakar Abdullahi, Atiku Abubakar and Mohammed Atiku who got Higher National Diploma , Ordinary National Diploma and National Certificate of Education respectively.

Speaking with LEADERSHIP yesterday in Birnin Kebbi, Gwandu expressed his happiness and thanked the governor for providing them with scholarships to study. He said four of their members, sponsored by the governor to study various degree programmes in higher institutions have been awarded with degree certificates.

Gwandu commended Bagudu for assisting their members with tricycles, kneepad, eye visual aid, walking sticks, healthcare service, as well as supply of teaching and learning materials to schools of special needs of the state. He appealed to the governor for employment for graduate members in order to become useful to society.
