Community speaks out after wrestler forced to cut hair during match

My HS school had hair length and facial hair rules.

The match should have been cancelled as the child felt humiliated to have his hair cut in front of everyone. Then they could review the rules & talk it over with the parents, coaches and referee. Maybe a rule change is required.

Anyone ask this question: Is there a hair length requirement for all or just dreadlocks?

After researching the rules, I fail to understand how this is racism.

The saddest things about this to me, and this happened about 10 miles from me, is that no one taught that kid to say 'fuck you and your wrestling match', and that no one at that place did a thing to stop it.

Why would you want long hair in a wrestling match ? Ouch

Don’t sign your kid up for sports if you’re not willing to follow the rules. Lost your minds.
