Administrators at the school called police after they learned the 17-year-old student had a loaded gun inside the school, police said.

Prior to the game, he asked a teacher whether he could get items from his locker. The teacher escorted him there. When he removed his coat from the locker, the administrator saw him carrying it suspiciously, police said.
