Criticism mounts on ref who forced black wrestler to cut dreadlocks

This isn't right! Why would this be allowed to happen?

I’m gonna take a wild guess and assume that all wrestlers have to conform to a certain set of rules for competition, and this has absolutely nothing to do with this guy being black or having dreadlocks.

This video is disgusting. I would never be the woman holding those scissors. Poor kid.

This kid clearly has been wrestling for awhile now. Why now is this 'rule' being enforced. This is a clear abuse of power and the ref should be removed from this sport.

If there wasn't a clear official rule about dress code ( which there shouldn't be for dreads) this referee should be banned for life from officiating any sporting event.
