My question is--- Is this the first time this wrestler has competed with dreads? If not, then why shouldn't he expect to be able to participate this time around? He tried to cover the locs to conform to policy -- problem?

Learn the facts. His headgear was illegal. His hair was below his earlobes. He needed a cap attached to his headgear. He did not have proper equipment. He needed proper headgear, to cut his hair or to forfeit. HE MADE THE CALL. Don’t incite a Twitter storm without the facts
