ER wait times are ridiculous, to say the least, and people are pouring into B.C. at a rate of 100,000 per year, and yet there is no plan to accommodate them when they arrive. It's time to overcome fear! ,go ahead and step out of your comfort zone,..just once,.. and ask Adrian Dix why he and three of his HM predecessors have failed/avoided legislating cigs out of BC drugstores when all other Cdn provinces have done it. You can do it!
