Good luck. The OSAP monster is merciless. My last year of college I used RRSP borrowing because I couldn’t handle the stress of delays due to the massive incompetence at the local OSAP office.

I once had a delay caused by semester structure disparities and was told to lobby Kansas to change its term dates to conform with BC guidelines. I had to survive on 7/11 super burritos and Doral cigarettes for about a month before the Minister of Education intervened. It happens.

Nslc makes a lot of errors and if you ask for a supervisor they put you on hold for awhile then they hang up on you. If you try to call back to complain the same thing happens.
