Does President Biden’s student debt relief program require people to use the obtained funds to pay off the student debt? If not, why is it called a debt relief vs a handout?

scotusiscompromised this is a no-brainer; student debt relief makes sense.

I hope the challenges lose. America shouldn’t be hoarding education. But it makes perfect sense to maintain it. What would happen if the processed relief for some and then said no next year? This makes sense. But it still sucks.

This doesn’t hurt President Biden this hurts us. The American people… Who are the Supreme Court working for
