The district said holding classes without internet would present logistical and safety concerns.

the third day on Thursday.

"Something was going on on Monday, and then they just called that night at like 8 p.m. They told us we don't have school Tuesday," said Anthony DeFelice, a student at Williamstown High School. "I just think they should go back to the basics like when we were going to school- the blackboard, the pencil, the paper, and the teachers teaching. I feel bad for the children because it's affecting their education," said Kimberly Davis of Williamstown.

We learned without internet. They could have had group discussions or even an art class. Safety concerns? Kids are still being shot in class with internet connections and most schools have a nurse and 911 is available on every phone. Should have stayed in class IMO

When I went to school we didn't have internet.

Wait…….forget it. Not worth it

Amazing how they had school for all those years prior to the internet. People are soft as fuck today

Internet issues caused by 'unauthorized third party' close South Jersey schoolQuite a few parents said they were frustrated over a lack of information before the notification came out Wednesday evening, and wanted to know if there's been a security breach. What happened to old fashioned teaching methods? Can't they still teach without using the internet? How about using books! I'll laugh if someone forgot to pay the internet bill. It could b a cyber attack. They could have acces to student and staff social security numbers and or bank accounts. This is not a joke. They could have access to cameras on all laptops and could b watching all your children. This is very serious!!!!
