Frederick Weitz III, 32, now faces charges including burglary, identity fraud and voyeurism in relation to the case.
Both bathrooms where cameras were discovered as well as the third bathroom where tape was found were designated as all-gender restrooms.“We have a suspect in custody, but we are not celebrating," said Chief Jason Hinojosa."As we fill in the facts of this case, we have victims we need to focus on identifying, offering our support and getting them the resources they need to manage this trauma.
Now that a suspect is in custody, police say they are completely focused on helping victims in the case.
