Ms Hill attended Bishop Barrington School and gained degrees from St Andrew's University in Scotland and Harvard University in the US.

UK's greenest city centres named in studyUniversity of Sheffield researchers measured cities tree cover and the amount of parks they had. Leeds one of the least greenest. All those buses clogging the streets. I live near Leeds so I can vouch for the lack of greenery in the centre. But I was recently in Vancouver and was amazed by the number of trees and parkland even in the heart of the city.
