The Grizzlies dropped a 28-23 decision to Vancouver College on Oct. 1, cruised to convincing wins in their next four weeks and then had their opponent forfeit their regular-season finale. That was followed by a bye in the first round of the playoffs. Against the Sun Devils, South Delta tied it at 41-41 with less than 20 seconds to go when quarterback Kenny Scott ran it into the end zone from 12 yards out. G.W. Graham’s Tyson Orregaard got through to block the ensuing extra point attempt, forcing overtime.

G.W. Graham had the ball first and went up 48-41 with a touchdown and a point after. South Delta got a major of its own, and went for the two-point convert for the win.
