President Joe Biden's plan to forgive tens of billions in student loan debt has been blocked, but the administration has still managed to cancel billions in debt through other relief programs.

How can this president that still use emergency powers to keep spending money without Congress’s approval. I guess a Democratic president can pretty much do anything he wants when Congress is controlled by Democrats
