The shooting happened at the Advantaged Point off-campus student housing development at around 12:50 a.m. Saturday morning. State police have not yet identified a suspect, nor have they released a possible motive for the killing, Channel 21 said. “State Police are continuing to investigate the shooting incident at Advantage Point and will release further information when available,” a safety alert sent by the university said. “The KU campus community may resume normal activities, as the perpetrators are believed to have left the area.”
