The Mules topped the 56-point mark for the eighth time in 11 games this season in winning their 10th straight game. The Antlers never were able to slow down Alamo Heights when the outcome was still in doubt, as the Mules rolled up 523 yards of offense, including 387 rushing yards on 34 carries .Alamo Heights led 14-7 after one quarter and broke the game open with a burst of three touchdowns in a span of 5:59 in the second quarter to take a 35-13 lead into the locker room at halftime.
