In the first semifinal on Thursday, Sydney's Josh MacKillop and the No. 2 seed St. Francis Xavier X-Men downed the No. 3 seed New Brunswick Reds 2-0 in Sydney. MacKillop, in his finalThe Capers and X-Men met twice in the regular season this year with Cape Breton posting a win and a tie.

League most valuable player Alliyah Rowe scored the lone goal of the game for the Capers in the 24th minute, sending the Capers back to the final for the first time since 2019. In the second semifinal, Sydney's Olivia MacIntyre and the No. 2 seed Dalhousie Tigers downed the No. 6 seed Memorial Sea-Hawks 1-0. MacIntyre was in the lineup but didn't play.
