Angelica Carrasquillo, 25, is facing a charge of intimidation, a Level 6 felony, and she’s currently being held in the Lake County Jail with a $20,000 surety bond, or $2,000 cash.According to court records, two students approached St. Stanislaus Catholic School administrators about the threats at 12:45 p.m. on Oct. 12 and Carrasquillo admitted during an talk with school officials that she spoke of killing herself, students and staff.
When Carrasquillo was interviewed, she stated that if she had a car she would be able to fit two dead bodies in the trunk, the affidavit states. Rivera said police obtained an emergency detention order from the Lake County Prosecutor’s office Thursday and she was taken into custody at her Griffith home.
