One mum has spoken out in sheer frustration at her children's situation

The mum of two young girls has expressed her frustration they have not had a place in school for months.

I totally understand in this story one child’s needs are not being met but why would the parent also remove the other child? Seems strange to disadvantage her while sorting the issues?

The reporting here saying that the EA are not contactable or reachable is unfortunately a disgracefully common complaint. Yet again we have an organisation not fit for purpose tragically letting down 2 more young people. I hope this poor mum and her daughters get what they need.
