, Emmanuel Osodeke, has warned that the quality of teaching in the nation’s universities will be negatively affected if the National Industrial Court forces the union to return to work.
Mr Osodeke’s comment is coming amid the ongoing legal battle between the federal government and the lecturers, who have been on strike since 14 February. Justice Polycarp Hamman of the NICN had adjourned the case on Monday after listening to the arguments of the counsel on behalf of the parties. The court is to deliver its ruling on Wednesday.
But doctors value their patients' future.
Obey before complaint
This has made me laff this morning
Nonsense leaders
War against ndupiciln.. Nonsense.. When FG and ASUU re in this shit.. What's the fate of students.. Who re we to take as our role models again.. I dare hear governments saying youths re leaders of tomorrow.. They have done shits in our lives.. Fucked..
So he don’t even in believe in the industrial court but he want Nigerians to believe he has a legitimate agenda
Arrogance.
If you don't want to go back to the classroom if the decision of the court goes against you, you are free to tender your resignation letter.
slavery mentality is what we practice in Africa, Nigeria. Carrot and stick approach. White men would ensure a happy worker would provide efficiency and happy work. But in Nigeria, we expect deliberate unhappy worker to do work effectively. Part of the reasons corruption lives on
This man should leave the court to work pls
Shoo! ASUU president take it easy oo! That character wey una dey tell students say they must get before una go award degree to them suppose dey show here ooo! Abi justice no good again?

Is he to decide for the court? Decisions are based on facts. This man is destroying the educational system and people are watching him?
Wish everyone can create their own laws like this man is proposing
This man own self too much 😒
ASUU should agree with FG or face loss at industrial court based on these counts;
