Last month, Bad Bunny’s Good Bunny Foundation contributed funding, along with the Correa Family Foundation, to build Mayah and her family a new home. Mayah was severely wounded in the May 24 attack in Uvalde where a gunman killed 19 of her schoolmates and two teachers. She underwent more than 20 surgeries for her wounds and spent 66 days in San Antonio’s University Health hospital. She was the last victim left hospitalized when she was released on July 29., parents of 9-year-old Eliahna “Ellie” Garcia, in a luxury suite at the Alamodome in San Antonio where he performed.
