A garda van was seen leaving Wilson's Hospital School in Multyfarnham near Mullingar, Co Westmeath, shortly after 9am.

He has a right to his beliefs, but he doesn't have a right to ignore the High Court. He should not have shown up in the school while suspended. The rule of law trumps his religious beliefs.

This arrest is not about pronouns but Burke’s refusal to abide by an interim injunction sought by the school on an emergency basis as he refuses to abide by the terms of his paid suspension. It also cannot be good to have a man with this level of anger on school premises.
Attention seeker, like the rest of his family. Anyway, time to find out what happens when you breach a High Court order.
