No president has the power to offset personal loans to the masses. It’s just not fair. There has to be a lawsuit for the benefit of our country to reign in politicians scams on the people for personal political gain

If the student loan forgiveness plan did go to court, a majority of Supreme Court justices might rule against the plan based on the court's recent aggressiveness in curtailing federal agencies’ claims of authority.
