davidmatheson27 Sounds great but do new teachers have the skills required in remote indigenous schools? Who will mentor and provide support for these teachers?

Just abolish all HECS debts and give us free education. All graduates of any post-secondary qualification contribute to our community in huge ways. Not just the doctors, lawyers, architects but the tradies, dental technicians, musicians, artists, teachers, engineers & scientists.

Go a step further look at a review of HECS debt concessions for doctors who are willing g to commit to remote areas for the same period as well.

Teachers are on the lowest HECS Band rate......cheapskate!

carson1949 Tony has it right, reward, not punish, best education these teachers will ever get
