I can't answer for why the district isn't listening."The jobs range from bus drivers, mechanics, cleaners, trade workers and attendants."Our scale is totally down across the board, we're underpaid.
In a news release, union reps said negotiations for new contracts have stalled over fair pay and standardized training programs that workers need to safely do their jobs and keep school students, teachers, and staff safe."We deeply value the work of our staff who are represented by 32BJ SEIU District 1201.

LOL...LOL...LOL Great to hear. The city is losing money every second. Philly has the largest percentage of poverty for any big city. You want to strike? You had better demand better leadership in the city. You are hurting everyone if you don't.
