SCDF said that the rescue operation was conducted carefully using various cutting equipment to access the two trapped persons.A tree in the compound of Ulu Pandan Community Club along Ghim Moh Road fell and trapped two people on Saturday evening .They were conscious and in a stable condition when they were sent to National University Hospital, said the Singapore Civil Defence Force , which was alerted to the incident at around 5.55pm.

SCDF firefighters – together with Disaster Assistance and Rescue Team rescuers – commenced rescue after ensuring the stability of the fallen tree.
