The vehicle ploughed through the fence and landed in a parking lot on Thursday afternoon.He says the victims are aged between seven and 11.

"Unfortunately, after a short time, one critically injured child succumbed to their injuries. Once treated, medics transported the three other children to a nearby hospital for urgent care. The driver of the truck escaped injury."
