Osun State High Court sitting in Osogbo, hearing the case of the death of a Masters student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Timothy Adegoke, on Wednesday adjourned till October 10 for the adoption of final written addresses.

However, despite the presence of prosecution team led by Mr. Femi Falana, SAN, as well as Mr. Kunle Adegoke, SAN, who led the defence team in the court, the matter did not hold.The counsel later met with Osun State Chief Judge, Adepele Ojo, who is handling the case in her chamber and chose October 10 for the adoption of final written address.

Speaking with newsmen in the court premises, Mr. Falana, disclosed the adjourned date, saying “we discovered that we have not filed our papers in terms of our written addresses. That is why we agreed to take a date and we have picked October 10 because the court is going on vacation.”All rights reserved.
