Clear or mesh backpacks will be required next year for all older students in the Dallas Independent School District.

Last week,It sent out a survey to parents before making the change that will affect students in sixth through 12th grades.The district said it will provide free clear bags to those who need them before classes start.

So who’s got stock in the bag manufacturer? Also who’s going to be the first to sue for invasion of privacy?

Like they would do anygood. Metal detectors would make more sense.

And this will solve what?

Need metal detectors !! You can still bring a gun or knife in a clear backpack hidden between books/papers.

Just hope they make they take Clear lunch boxes as well. What's the point the none Cleary pouch that is 5.5 by 8.5 inches can easily conceal a handgun. Hope they have metal detection We should probably have clear clothes as well. And no more jackets during winter. It only makes sense. 🤦‍♂️ Seriously, are we afraid of bad guys hurting our kids or are we just afraid of our kids? They won’t hold up. Been there, done that.
