All state-funded schools in England will have a defibrillator by summer 2023, the government has said.
Education Secretary James Cleverly said he hoped the move "goes some way to preventing more tragic stories". He believes his son, who attended school in Liverpool, "would still be alive today" if there had been an on-site defibrillator.

All schools state or otherwise should have them already as long with other possible needed kits and have staff + even some students trained in there uses already.
Is this enough time to get their mates in place to buy shares in private companies supplying then so the Tories can make more money from people's health?
