MCA to Finance Minister: Remove quotas, barriers for Malaysians to enter public universities

For the past tiger was conditioned to be a cat through education quotas & barriers so want to be a tiger that can roar again then got to listen to MCA if not drop the 'New' in front of Malaysia that was recently added by PH.
