Babalo Ndwayana, whose belongings were urinated on by a fellow Stellenbosch University student, says he will not participate in the disciplinary hearing until the university agrees to change the panel’s chairperson.
On Wednesday, Ndwayana and his legal team walked out of the disciplinary hearing of Theuns du Toit, because they believe the central disciplinary committee panel overseeing the hearing was not objective.
