Solberg said that the hearts are “symbolic of my unending love for them, and a reminder that I am always with them, even when I can’t be there physically.”She said her message is not a political one, but rather a “visceral reminder” of the state of the world. “It has absolutely struck a nerve,” Solberg said of her post. The responses she said, range from people commenting they feel they’ve been “punched in the gut” to others who have broken down and cried.
