Law enforcement, and other first responders, gather outside Robb Elementary School following a shooting, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, in Uvalde, Texas. – An 18-year-old gunman opened fire Tuesday at a Uvalde, Texas elementary school, killing at least 18 children, officials said, and the gunman was dead.
Abbott has identified the gunman as 18-year-old Salvador Ramos, who was shot and killed by law enforcement. Two officers were also struck by gunfire, but they were not seriously injured. A husband who had just brought flowers to his wife to celebrate the last week of school told reporters at the scene that, as he was returning to his car, he heard the gunshots ring out and realized something was terribly wrong. The husband said his wife was not injured.The Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District was immediately placed on lockdown after reports came in about the active shooter.
What if the media never spoke the name of the monsters who carry out these shootings? If their names are kept anonymous and they get no recognition then this might lesson or stop. Is that possible
