CAPE TOWN - The Stellenbosch University SRC wants a student expelled after he was caught urinating on another student's belongings.It happened on Sunday at Huis Marais residence.Stellenbosch University says it has to follow proper processes before expelling the student. The Stellenbosch University is investigating the racist viral video of a white student peeing on another student's belongings.
