Life in prison is their idea of progress. At least they didn’t strangle him in the Saudi embassy, cut his body into pieces and smuggle them out of the country. They were probably afraid of incurring the wrath of the world (except the U. S.) for that type of egregious behavior.

When people in the US today throw around the word oppression, I wish they would think of other parts of the world and get real.
